PLAYOFF MEANING. F. . .

Had the Chiefs won this game, they’d be sitting in the playoffs for the second consecutive season. That would have been lovely.

More from KC Kingdom

Instead, they still haven’t clinched and now will have to try and do so against a pissed off Broncos team on Christmas Day. Fortunately that game is at Arrowhead Stadium, but does that really seem to matter anymore?

The Chiefs also lost out on the division title at the moment, as Oakland beat San Diego to reclaim the AFC West crown. Now the Raiders still have to play Indianapolis and Denver, but let’s be honest here – The Chiefs really don’t deserve to win the division after games like this.

At the moment, Kansas City would be the five seed in the postseason and would play Houston, a team they lost to in week two and who are inept offensively, just like the Chiefs. That could be the most boring game ever.

The Chiefs haven’t clinched a playoff spot yet despite having all sorts of opportunities to on Sunday – That gives their playoff meaning an F.
