KC Chiefs: Five Positives For Chiefs At the Bye Week
It’s about to get easier…
While a big part of why the Chiefs are 2-2 at this point is because they’ve sucked in their two losses, another thing to look at it is how difficult their schedule has been so far.

In just four weeks of the 2016 season, the Chiefs have faced two teams who went to the playoffs last year, one who barely missed out, and another that went in 2013 and barely missed in 2014. The point being that the Chiefs haven’t been losing to cupcake teams, they’ve been losing to playoff contenders.
After the Chiefs return off their bye, they’ll travel to Oakland, which won’t be easy (it never is, even when the Raiders are terrible). After that, the Chiefs will get the Saints at home, travel to Indianapolis, and then host the Jaguars.
All three of those teams have horrible defenses, so it’s very possible that the Chiefs’ offense gets its act together and puts up some points. That’s something I’m desperately hoping for, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
