KC Royals news is about how the team has lost three straight series, but should be turning the corner back into their winning ways soon.

No one likes losing in any sport. The Kansas City Royals lost on a regular basis for 29 years, but a little bit of winning has brought Kansas City back into the sport of baseball.

The Royals have posted three straight winning seasons, two straight World Series appearances, and last season won the whole thing. It’s amazing what a little bit of winning can do for a fanbase, but now that the Royals are slumping, fans are hurling insults every which way.

With the Royals squaring off against the Indians and the Yankees in their next two series, the boys in blue will hopefully be able to get back to their winning ways. Sure, both series are on the road, which will obviously make it a little more difficult to win, but the Royals are due to come out of their slump eventually.

This team is too talented and too motivated to fall under .500 and out of relevancy in the American League Central.

Unlike last season, however, the Kansas City Royals aren’t the best team by far in the division. The White Sox have stepped out in a huge way this season, posting the best record in the American League and trying to stir up any talk of an all Chicago World Series.

It’s been an interesting start to the 2016 season and the Kansas City Royals have flat out struggled to score runs several times this season. At times, this hasn’t looked like the same World Series team from last year, but it takes time for players to get warmed up, and the Royals are just moving at a slower pace than normal.

With the Indians and Yankees on the horizon, the Royals need to capitalize on the weaker teams and claw their way back into the win column for more than one game at a time. They’re no longer the only big dog in the division, and can’t rely on a 14 game lead to get them to the playoffs this year.
