KC Chiefs 2015 NFL Draft Wish List: Day Two
Number Nine
There is a very good chance that Tre’ Jackson is still on the board when the KC Chiefs select with the 80th overall pick which is their first pick in the third round and if none of the other guys on our list are still available he would be a solid selection.
Like with A.J. Cann, Jackson would have the opportunity to come and and not be forced into a starting job giving him the opportunity to polish his game and learn how to play at a professional level. Veteran guard Ben Grubbs would be a good guy to teach a young rookie how to be a true professional offensive lineman which makes a middle to late round guard a good idea.

"Looks the part with a massive frame, thick legs, a big bubble and wide hips. Surprisingly quick, especially given his size, coming off the ball. Good burst to get to linebackers at the second level and the agility to turn and seal defensive linemen in the running game. Uses his mass and leg drive to easily plow opponents off the ball when he keeps his pad level low. Durable. -Courtesy of Rob Rang and Derek Stephens of CBS Sports"
Tre’ Jackson is the fourth best guard, and the 78th best overall prospect in the 2015 NFL Draft according to CBS Sports which puts him right in the sweet spot to be available for the KC Chiefs at 80 overall. A guard picked in the third round isn’t the flashiest pick possible but that doesn’t mean it is a bad pick. The Chiefs need to beef up their depth on the offensive line and drafting Jackson would be a good step in the right direction.
