KC Chiefs 2015 NFL Draft Wish List: Wide Receivers

Overall, I see the Chiefs using four or five picks on wide receivers in this draft, as they have 14 total picks. Last year the KC Chiefs didn’t draft a single receiver and it hurt them.
It was especially painful when Chiefs fans had to watch rookies like Kelvin Benjamin, Jordan Matthews, and Marqise Lee all make spectacular plays and wish that Kansas City had given them a chance. John Dorsey certainly won’t make that mistake this year.
With as deep of a wide receiver class as 2015’s is, the Kansas City Chiefs should be able to grab two or three guys that can make an impact down the road. I would anticipate the Chiefs spending an early round pick on a wide receiver, and we can definitely expect that guy to strongly compete for a starting job come training camp and preseason.
The 2015 NFL Draft begins this Thursday evening at 7:00 PM, and that will only consist of round one. Rounds two and three will take place on Friday evening, and rounds four through seven will play out on Saturday.
