Round 3, Pick 16
Tyler Lockett was once considered a mid to late round pick, but after a stellar Senior Bowl in which he blew the doors off people, and may have been the most impressive player in attendance, he has started to climb.
"“I would love to play for the Kansas City Chiefs,” he said. “Andy Reid is a great coach. If the Chiefs give me an opportunity, I’ll take it and I’ll run with it.” -Courtesy of BJ Kissel of KCChiefs.com"
Lockett’s father was drafted in the second round of the 1997 NFL Draft and it appears he would be happy to follow in his dad’s foot steps.

Tyler Lockett would come in and compete for the second Wide Receiver spot as long as Dwayne Bowe is still around.
In my first Mock Draft I selected Lockett in the fourth round and considered it a steal, and I still didn’t hesitate when I saw him available with the third round selection. Right now I view Lockett as a late second round, early third round prospect, but there is a long way to go until the draft so his stock could still rise or fall.
