The 2015 NFL Draft is a perfect solution for the KC Chiefs, who are coming off of a season where they didn’t have one touchdown reception by a wide receiver. Even the horrendous 2012 team that went 2-14 and never had a consistent starting quarterback was able to accomplish that task.

An easy solution to this problem is for the Chiefs to draft several wide receivers come draft day. The Chiefs should have 11 total picks in the draft and I would be content with using at least four of those picks on wide receivers.

Now, the Chiefs also have to fix their offensive line, which struggled immensely last season. The draft should be able to help out in fixing those two areas, but it’s tough when thinking about whether Kansas City should go with a receiver or an offensive lineman in round one.

Obviously, the team needs an elite receiver to play alongside Dwayne Bowe (or whoever becomes the number one guy in 2015), but just who would that be? An elite receiver would more than likely be taken in the first round of the draft and I think the Chiefs will do just that.

Time to look at my list of wide receivers I think the Chiefs should go after in this year’s draft. Read on and remember that this is just my opinion and meant to be in good fun.
