The Kansas City Chiefs and Madden were able to get back on track this week when the Chiefs took down the Oakland Raiders in convincing fashion. Madden predicted a close, but comfortable win for the Chiefs. It looked to be accurate until the Chiefs went on a 21 point tear in the third quarter. Let’s take a look at who made the biggest impact for the Chiefs.

Chiefs – 178 give or take one
The Chiefs won every statistical category except for turnovers in convincing fashion thanks mostly to an explosive third quarter. The Chiefs had several opportunities to take the ball away by way of interception, but once again couldn’t bring the ball in. Imagine the score line if the Chiefs would have brought in half the interceptions they dropped.

You have to give credit where credit is due this week. Madden predicted Knile Davis would have a big impact on this game and Davis rewarded the prediction by scoring two touchdowns. The prediction had Davis scoring two rushing touchdowns, however he only scored one rushing touchdown and his other touchdown was a 70 yard catch and run.
It was nice of Cairo Santos to pick this game to have a bad game. The Chiefs are going to need him back in form going forward because three points may be the difference between making the playoffs and just missing out. Lets hope the Chiefs can carry this performance over to a tough game in Pittsburgh.
