Sit ‘Em #1
Vincent Jackson may be one of the most talented receivers in the NFL when in the right system and situation… but he is not in either of those situations right now in Tampa Bay.

Youngster QB Mike Glennon has obviously chosen rookie wide-out Mike Evans as his favorite target, and it has left Jackson fighting for targets. He has basically become a decoy in 2014 for Evans and the rest of the offense.
Over the season, Jackson only has 2 touchdown catches and only one game of breaking double digit fantasy points. This, on top the fact that the Bucs play the Bengals who are one of the best defenses against receivers in terms of fantasy points allowed to the position, Jackson is a definite sit.
Avoid him if you can, and if you can’t you probably don’t need to worry about it anyways because you’re probably not in playoff contention in your league (sorry to be so Blount… get what I did there?).
Start him as a low-end flex option at best this week if you must.
