Not only is Travis Kelce arguably having the slowest start to a season he has ever had, but he also just had one of the least productive three-game stretches of his career. Through three games and 164 offensive snaps, Kelce has eight catches on 12 targets for 69 yards and no touchdowns.

The 34-year-old tight end, however, isn't too bothered. In the latest episode of his podcast with his brother Jason, he said there is nothing to worry about as long as the offense is clicking and the Chiefs are winning. And that is certainly happening so far.

NFL News: Travis Kelce Not Worried About Lack of Offensive Production

The Chiefs are 3-0 against some tough opponents. Despite going up against the Ravens, Bengals, and the Falcons, Patrick Mahomes & Co. found a way to win in all three games. The offense hasn't entirely set the world on fire in that span but it ranks in the top half of the league in all metrics.

As Kelce points out in the segment, this is partly due to the new arrivals and the new offense. Hollywood Brown was signed in free agency but was ruled out for the year before he could make his debut. Rookie Xavier Worthy is now an additional weapon with his speed and athleticism. The entire running back room is new after Isiah Pacheco's injury. Some growing pains are to be expected.

After leading the team in catches, targets, and yards in 2023, Kelce has seen a significant drop in his usage to start the year. He only has 12 targets through three games while Rashee Rice has 29. The team has blamed the amount of defensive attention and double teams the 34-year-old faces on a weekly basis.

No Chiefs fan is concerned about Kelce's offensive production, especially in the regular season. As long as he is healthy and available for the postseason, the fanbase will not lose sleep over how many targets he gets each game.
