I've been waiting all year for this moment and it's finally here: Rashee Rice is officially one of the best wide receivers in the NFL.

Over the last several weeks, the Chiefs have unleashed their talented rookie wide receiver to sensational results, giving Patrick Mahomes a deadly one-two duo with Rice and Travis Kelce.

See for yourself below how great Rice has been.

Why Rashee Rice is Already One of NFL's Best Receivers

On the year, Rice has 68 catches for 754 yards and seven TDs. He needs 246 yards over the final three weeks to reach 1,000 yards, well within the realm of possibility based on his recent performance.

He had nine catches on nine targets for 91 yards and a TD against the Patriots, marking the fourth consecutive game Rice had at least nine targets.

Mahomes clearly trusts Rice, and the stats bear it out. Rice is third among all NFL WRs in yards after catch per reception (7.7) with four TDs in his last six games. Mahomes has a 126.9 passer rating when targeting Rice, the fifth-best mark among all WRs with at least 25 targets.

Rashee Rice has officially arrived. Even in only his rookie year, he's one of the league's best weapons and should only continue to improve.

I can't wait to watch the rising star continue to develop. He'll be a fan favorite amongst Chiefs Kingdom for years to come.
