5. OT Lucas Niang — 2020 Round 3, Pick 96

It's sometimes easy to forget that Lucas Niang does in fact play for the Chiefs. The former 2020 third-rounder went from being a starting offensive tackle as a rookie to an afterthought over the last two seasons.

Despite playing 20 games since the start of the 2021 campaign, Niang hasn't started a single outing during that stretch. While some might blame a lack of opportunities for his minuscule playing time, the fact is that the former TCU Horned Frog just hasn't been that good on the gridiron.

Niang's 2023 performance is the perfect example of why he's on this list in the first place. The 25-year-old blocker looked like Swiss cheese in his third pro year, allowing four pressures while only playing 36 passing downs. It's a small sample size, but allowing pressure on every nine passing plays is horrendous. It didn't help that he also struggled in run protection.

Once the 2023 campaign ended, Niang received 56.5 pass-block and 48.4 run-block grades on Pro Football Focus, cementing him as the least reliable tackle on the roster and one of the Chiefs' worst draft picks of the last decade.
