Patrick Mahomes' Aunt Has Shocking Comments About Chiefs' GM Brett Veach
By Joe Summers
The Chiefs' offensive struggles of late are no secret, and at least one member of two-time Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes' family is blaming general manager Brett Veach.
Appearing on her podcast 2gemsandamic, Tinesha Mahomes lamented the wide receivers' collective drops and worried the Chiefs "may be one and done" in the playoffs.
See what she had to say below.
Patrick Mahomes' Aunt Blames Brett Veach for Chiefs' Struggles
"I still say a lot of this is on Veach," said Tinesha. "I think Stevie Wonder could've saw that this was a problem."
Tinesha expressed frustration with the offense scoring zero second-half points in its last three games, declaring that she can see issues boiling to the surface with Travis Kelce and even head coach, Andy Reid.
"The same receivers...dropping balls left and right," continued Mahomes' aunt from his father's side. "They might make it to the Super Bowl or they might be one and done."
Regardless of your opinion on the offense, it's stunning to hear a family member of Patrick's publicly blaming Veach and Kansas City's front office.
Neither Patrick Mahomes nor the organization have issued any comment.
