New Rashee Rice Details Emerge Regarding Assault Allegations
By Joe Summers
New details have emerged regarding recent allegations that Rashee Rice punched a photographer at a Dallas club early Monday morning.
An offense report obtained by The Dallas Morning News alleges that a "suspect," presumed to be Rice, "assaulted a photographer after luring him back to a downtown Dallas nightclub under the premise he was being hired to take pictures."
No official charges have been filed and Rice's attorney, Royce West, declined to comment on the matter.

The Dallas Morning News quotes the report as saying that "the photographer was at an after hours party about 1:30 a.m. at the nightclub, but he left after a short period." However, "the 'suspect' messaged the photographer on Instagram and asked him to return to the nightclub."
Allegedly, the photographer returned to the club and found the suspect, again presumed to be Rice, who told the photographer to look at Instagram messages on his phone.
"As the photographer looked down at the suspect’s phone, the suspect punched him on the left side of his face," according to the report.
The photographer went to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries and the police department is actively investigating the situation. For the Chiefs, this could represent another mistake from their rising star WR. Kansas City has options, though this is a disturbing trend in Rice's first offseason if the allegations are true.
This is a developing story and we'll continue to update you with any new information as it becomes available.
