Score Prediction: 24-20 Chiefs
We know that Andy Reid is 27-4 after a bye week, but there are a few under-the-radar reasons to like the Chiefs' chances to beat the Eagles once again.
Kansas City is 16-2 outright in its last 18 regular season games at home. While the defense is getting recognized this season, Steve Spagnuolo's dominance extends beyond the 2023 season.

In those 18 games, opponents averaged just over 15 points per game. This defensive excellence isn't new!
The Eagles are 1-7 in their last eight games as underdogs, failing to cover the spread in each of the last four. In those four, Philly's defense allowed over 36 points per game to the opponent.
I don't expect the Chiefs to run up the score, given the new offensive approach that emphasizes short passes and long drives, but the Eagles' defensive struggles give me optimism for the game overall.
Fans may expect another offensive shootout like the Super Bowl. However, I see no reason not to trust Spagnuolo, Trent McDuffie, L'Jarius Sneed, and company to smother Philadelphia's scoring opportunities.
Expect the Chiefs to improve to 8-2 with a tough win in Week 11.
