The Chiefs might be the healthiest they've been all season long, as the team's final injury update prior to Sunday night's Divisional Round matchup with the Bills indicates a clean bill of health for a majority of the players.

It looks like Donovan Smith will draw a second straight start at left tackle with rookie Wanya Morris still in concussion protocol and Skyy Moore remains on the Injured Reserve list.

Other than that, the Chiefs appear fully healthy. Given the Bills' long list of injuries, this is fantastic news for Chiefs fans.

The other two notable pieces of news are that Derrick Nnadi was not practicing and that Kadarius Toney was, as he could play for the first time in several weeks following a late-season injury he sustained.

Overall though, this is beautiful news for a Chiefs team playing their first road playoff game in the Patrick Mahomes era.

Buffalo is dealing with a ton of defensive injuries and already ruled talented WR Gabe Davis out. Superstar Stefon Diggs isn't practicing, but he's expected to suit up on Sunday.

We'll see which players ultimately get on the field and which don't, yet the Chiefs have a big advantage no matter how you look at it.
