The Bills' final injury report on Friday from head coach Sean McDermott leaves Buffalo perilously thin defensively, so Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs' offense will have no excuses on Sunday night in this Divisional Round matchup.

Taylor Rapp (S), Christian Benford (CB) and Baylon Spencer (LB) have all already been ruled out, while Terrel Bernard (LB) faces an uphill battle. Offensively, Gabe Davis (WR) is out and Stefon Diggs (WR) is still not practicing.

Bills Injury News: Chiefs Have Big Edge

These teams will look a lot differently than they did in Week 14 when the Bills beat the Chiefs. Kansas City was missing Isiah Pacheco and Drue Tranquill in that game while Nick Bolton had just returned from the Injured Reserve, and the fortunes seem flipped here.

Buffalo is on short rest after their Wild Card game was postponed, giving players little time to recover in harsh weather conditions.

The Chiefs, on the other hand, are relatively healthy and shouldn't be missing any critical players. You never want to win because of injuries, and it at least seems that Diggs has a good shot to play, but there's no denying how much of an advantage this could give the Chiefs.

With regular season injuries to players like Matt Milano, it's been a brutal year for the Bills with ailments. The stage is set for a dominant effort from the Chiefs' offense and we've got no excuses, plain and simple.
