Every Chiefs Unrestricted Free Agent Who Can Now Negotiate With Other Teams

The "legal tampering" period of NFL Free Agency is officially underway and unrestricted free agents are now allowed to negotiate with other teams. Players can't sign new contracts until Wednesday, March 13, but we'll soon have a general idea of what Chiefs will likely be with new organizations next year.
Kansas City has a long list of free agents and while Chris Jones and Drue Tranquill have already signed contract extensions, there are many players who will be courted in the coming days.
News is breaking by the hour and the Chiefs have already reportedly kept some of these guys, so this list is subject to change, but here's who to keep an eye on:

From this list, James Winchester has already reportedly agreed to a deal with the Chiefs and it's likely Tommy Townsend will go elsewhere after the club signed Matt Araiza.
There are many notable names on the list though, including Willie Gay Jr., Mecole Hardman, Mike Edwards, Jerick McKinnon and others.
The Chiefs will be proactive in exploring free-agency additions as well, which could render some of these players unnecessary. Whether that means they poach a star wide receiver from a rival or look elsewhere is unclear, though we should get a plethora of reports in the coming days.
As it stands, the Chiefs are overwhelming favorites to win the AFC West for a ninth consecutive year at -175 odds. Barring some unforeseen disaster in free agency, they should remain atop the division and in line for another deep playoff run.
