Chiefs vs. Patriots Week 15 Opening Odds Forecast HUGE Bounce-Back for KC

The Chiefs have two straight losses for the first time in several years and now sit just one game ahead of the hated Broncos for the AFC West lead.
They'll take on the 3-10 Patriots, who'd be better served tanking for draft position than actual competing. Oddsmakers believe a demolition is in store, as Kansas City sits as one of the week's biggest favorites.

The Chiefs are -9.5 favorites on the spread and -510 on the moneyline with a total set at 37. This is the largest Kansas City has been favored all season, which makes sense given the pitiful opponent.
New England is 3-14 against the spread (ATS) in its last 17 games dating back to last year, marred in misery with a terrible QB situation and one of the NFL's worst offensive rosters.
That's not to say the Chiefs should overlook the Patriots, as Bill Belichick is still an excellent coach, though I wouldn't be worried about getting the victory here.
The under is 9-3 in the Patriots' last dozen contests and 7-2 in the Chiefs' last nine, so you can expect points to be at a premium. In fact, this is the lowest total for any KC game so far in 2023.
