The Chiefs have a long list of injuries after a stunning loss to the Raiders on Christmas Day, and it seems Kansas City will miss several key contributors as they take on the Bengals in Week 17.

Isiah Pacheco is still in concussion protocol, while Donovan Smith, Kadarius Toney, Jaylen Watson and L'Jarius Sneed all have not practiced yet this week.

Chiefs Injury News: Five Important Players Not Practicing

Sneed's absence is a potentially massive one. Ja'Marr Chase is one of the league's best receivers and Sneed is Kansas City's best cover cornerback.

If both he and Watson can't go, the Chiefs' secondary will be perilously thin entering the huge game.

In Pacheco's case, this would be his third missed game of the last four weeks as he battles multiple ailments. The Chiefs need him for the playoff run, so I'm expect the coaching staff keeps him on the sidelines to get healthy before the more important games.

We'll see what comes of injury reports the rest of the week, though it looks like we'll be short-handed on New Year's Eve.
