The Chiefs take on the Dolphins in the Wild Card round this week and while several players are dealing with injuries, it appears Donovan Smith will start at left tackle for a depleted offensive line.

Miami is dealing with a long list of injuries that'll hamper the team's ability to compete, but at least one offensive line starter is back for Kansas City.

Check out the latest injury report below.

Chiefs Injury News: LT Donovan Smith Back in Action

Smith joined the Chiefs in the offseason on a one-year deal and hasn't played since the Week 12 loss to the Packers.

Wanya Morris, the rookie third-round draft pick out of Oklahoma, filled in admirably during Smith's absence but suffered a concussion in Week 18, so Smith's return comes at the perfect time.

Miami's injuries mean they're limited on the defensive line, though Kansas City still wants its guys on the field. Getting Smith back is a big boost, especially if Morris can't go.

We've yet to see a final injury report but we'll keep you updated before Saturday night's kick-off. Fingers crossed the Chiefs remain the much healthier team with a couple days of practice left.
