Chiefs' Full Schedule Officially Released for 2024 Season
By Joe Summers
The NFL officially released the 2024-25 schedule and we finally have a full look at who the Chiefs will play and when.
We already knew Kansas City was hosting Baltimore in Week 1 and Cincinnati in Week 2, as well as some other reported matchups like the Bills, but now we've got the entire schedule to sift through and prepare for.
Take a look at the release video and the full schedule below.
Chiefs News: Kansas City Officially Releases 2024-25 Schedule

- Week 3: @ Atlanta Falcons (Sunday Night Football)
- Week 4: @ Los Angeles Chargers
- Week 5: vs. New Orleans Saints (Monday Night Football)
- Week 6: Bye Week

- Week 8: @ Las Vegas Raiders
- Week 9: vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Monday Night Football)
- Week 10: vs. Denver Broncos
- Week 11: @ Buffalo Bills

- Week 17: @ Pittsburgh Steelers (Christmas Day)
- Week 18: @ Denver Broncos
A few things stick out there. First, the Chiefs will be on national television quite often. Between the Ravens, Falcons, Saints, Bucs, Raiders, Chargers, and Steelers games all on primetime or a holiday, the public will consume a lot of Chiefs. That list doesn't even include games like the Bengals, 49ers, and Bills that'll be on Sunday afternoon.
The Texans game is scheduled for 12:00 PM in Week 16, a surprise given the rising expectations around Houston. C.J. Stroud is a popular MVP pick, so I would've guessed that game would be on primetime.
Overall, it's an exciting schedule and a nice job by the Chiefs' social team to put the video together. I think Kansas City is marching to a ninth straight AFC West title and deep playoff run, so I'm not too worried about a relatively difficult schedule.
