The Chiefs pulled off an impressive victory over the Patriots in Week 15 and now take on the Raiders on Christmas Day with an opportunity to clinch the AFC West for an eighth consecutive year.

Kansas City got a huge boost with Denver's embarrassing loss to Detroit and now has an opportunity to fend off the Broncos and end the divisonal race.

Check out the clinching scenarios below.

How Chiefs Can Clinch AFC West in Week 16

The Chiefs are 9-5 with a 4-1 AFC West record and 7-2 conference record. Meanwhile, the Broncos are 7-7 with a 2-2 divisional record and 4-4 mark in the conference.

If the Chiefs beat the Raiders on Christmas, they'll clinch the tiebreakers over the Broncos. With just two divisional games left for Denver, the Broncos would be unable to catch the Chiefs' 5-1 mark in the division and could only tie Kansas City's overall record.

Denver takes on the Patriots this week before ending the season with the Chargers and Raiders, while the Chiefs face the Raiders before taking on the Bengals and Chargers.

This season has been more dramatic than Chiefs Kingdom originally anticipated, but it seems like it'll end in familiar fashion: with another Kansas City AFC West title.
