Winning the Super Bowl isn't easy. Winning it two times in a row is even more difficult. Going for three in a row is impossible. Or at least it hasn't been done to this point but the Kansas City Chiefs can change that this year.

Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs have won three titles since 2019, including the past two. The star quarterback hasn't hidden his desire to make history and the Chiefs have added a lot of talent — especially on offense.

With their end goal in sight, they're nearing the start of training camp where they will trim the roster to 53 players. There's a lot of work to be done before then but we peek ahead with a look at six players who could be on the way out before camp.

6. Deneric Prince, RB

Isiah Pacheco continues to have a stranglehold on the starting running back spot and Clyde Edwards-Helaire is back on a one-year deal to be RB2. The depth behind them isn't exactly dominant but there are some intriguing names.

One is Carson Steele, a 230-pounder who has fans excited due to his ability to move between running back and fullback. There's also Louis Rees-Zammit, a former rugby star who could make the team as a developmental prospect.

Their presence makes it difficult for Deneric Prince to find a way to the 53-man roster. undrafted out of Texas A&M, Prince spent the majority of his rookie season on the practice squad. He's currently on the bubble and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him looking for another team in 2024.
