2. Treylon Burks - Tennessee Titans

Treylon Burks may be available from the Titans, given they've now got DeAndre Hopkins, Calvin Ridley, and Tyler Boyd. He'd probably cost less than Dotson, but was also a first-round pick just two years ago.

Burks has only 49 catches for 665 yards in his career, though just like Dotson, I blame that lack of production on factors outside of his control. Not only have the QB situation and overall offensive situation been a mess in Tennessee, injuries have also limited Burks to just 11 games in each of his first two seasons.

The Chiefs don't have many options if there wind up being additional criminal charges filed against Rice, and Burks would be a great low-cost, high-upside acquisition. With 1,104 receiving yards and 11 TDs in his final year of college, Burks is a physical, big receiver capable of making contested catches.

That's a guy that can hold onto the football. Sometimes things don't work out at your first destination for a variety of reasons. It's hard to see how Burks earns a lot of targets from the Titans moving forward, so a move to the Chiefs may help him rebuild his value before his rookie contract ends.

If Tennessee considers trading Burks for a late-round pick, I'd make that deal. He provides the kind of receiver that Kansas City's roster lacks and could prove worth his pedigree.
