The Chiefs picked up a critical victory over the Patriots in Week 15 with Rashee Rice leading the way in an impressive offensive performance.

That doesn't mean every Chief played well. In fact, some familiar faces struggled mightily. With a Christmas Day matchup against the Raiders on deck, it's time for Kansas City to figure out its playoff rotation if we want to win another Super Bowl.

Let's look at three Chiefs on thin ice despite the Week 15 win over the Patriots.

3 Chiefs on Thin Ice Despite Convincing Win vs. Patriots

1. Kadarius Toney - WR

Toney is one of my favorite players to watch on the Chiefs. I expected a bounce-back performance following last week's controversial offsides call, but Toney had just two catches on four targets for five yards.

Unfortunately, Toney's largest contribution came on a dropped pass that led to an interception, leading to a frustrated Mahomes on the sideline.

The versatile wideout's hands have been an issue all season, most notably in the disastrous Lions game to start the season. Week after week, Toney makes mistakes centered around poor concentration and the Chiefs are running out of time for Toney to get with the program.

With Rashee Rice emerging as a star, Toney needs to find ways to contribute to be on the field in the postseason. He's got just 27 catches for 169 yards and one TD on the year, certainly a disappointing result through 15 weeks.

Toney will likely get another opportunity against the Raiders, but his leash is incredibly thin entering the final weeks.
