The Kansas City Chiefs are down in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX against the Philadelphia Eagles. The Chiefs are chasing history and have their sights set on securing their third straight Super Bowl and becoming the first team in NFL history to do so.

This game is at the forefront of players' minds but that doesn't mean some guys haven't begun thinking about free agency. That is slated to begin on March 12 and receiver Hollywood Brown was asked about his future on Tuesday.

Brown didn't talk much about his future, indicating that he is focused on that big game on Sunday.

Brown added that he'll circle back to those conversations following the game. Last March, the 27-year-old signed a one-year, $7 million deal that included $6.5 million guaranteed at signing.

Kansas City was amped to add a deep threat to their receiving core but didn't get to see that fully blossom.

In the preseason opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Brown suffered a sternoclavicular shoulder joint injury. That forced him to undergo surgery, and he landed on IR. The Oklahoma product was activated from injured reserve in December ahead of their Week 16 showdown.

In two regular season games, Brown reeled in nine catches (15 targets) for 91 yards and 10.1 yards per reception. He hasn't been featured much in the offense this postseason, reeling in three receptions for 35 yards.

There will be conversations on if Brown and DeAndre Hopkins will be back in Kansas City for the 2025 season.

The Chiefs will have Rashee Rice returning to the field from going down with a season-ending knee injury in 2024. Kansas City also has Xavier Worthy on the roster, who emerged more as a factor toward the second half of the season.

There's no guarantee that Brown will be back with the Chiefs in 2025 after an injury-ridden season. He knows that and he's just putting his focus on beating the Eagles on Sunday.
