Raiders are for real

As Chiefs fans, we obviously don’t like to compliment the Raiders. It’s a sickening feeling and makes us all feel like crap. With that said though, I have to give the Raiders a lot of props for their performance in this game.

Let’s just say it — The  Raiders were the better team in this game. Derek Carr was playing like a mad man (and I’ve been one of his biggest critics throughout his career), the receivers were constantly getting open, Darren Waller was torching the Chiefs’ safeties, and the offensive line was incredible.

With this loss, the Raiders are now 6-4 and while their hopes to win the AFC West are mostly dashed, this is a team that can not only get into the playoffs but can really be a dark horse to make it quite far. If the season ended today, the Raiders would actually play the Chiefs at Arrowhead in the Wild Card round and I don’t know about you guys, but I want no part of playing the Raiders for a third time.
