START OF THE WEEK

Denver Broncos. Broncos D/ST. 1. player. 45. . D/ST

This is one of the only match-ups that might cause a little excitement for me this week. Streaming the Broncos defense is actually a good option, based entirely on just how putrid the Jets offense have been this year. If you have played the Jets this year, you have been gifted some turnovers. Defenses that have went up against the Jets this year are averaging almost 14 fantasy ppg, which is more than enough to consider putting into your lineup.

Reason for optimism on the Broncos defense isn’t just that the Jets are horrible. The Broncos are a solid, if unspectacular unit. So far their fantasy numbers may have left a lot to be desired, only scoring an average of 5 ppg.

If you take into account that the Broncos first three weeks have been against three projected playoff teams (the Titans, Steelers, and Buccaneers) then you can see how Denver is going to be excited to go against a team that is finally on their level or below.

Denver as a team has had four sacks on the season, but they have at least one in their first three games. They have also already forced two turnovers in three games, and those numbers could double in week four with just how bad the Jets are.

Denver has a shot to be in the double digits this week as far as fantasy points go, and  they may cost you little to nothing in your league to pick up and stream.
