The KC Chiefs won a huge game against the Baltimore Ravens and we learned a lot about the reigning Super Bowl champions in this 34-20 victory.

After being labeled as the underdogs all week long (a rarity for this team), the Kansas City Chiefs stormed into Baltimore and left with a W and furthermore, they left with what will be a huge win in the playoff seedings, as there’s only one bye week this year.

It wasn’t all sprinkles and sunshine in this victory, but it’s a damn impressive win considering how talented the Ravens are. To go into Baltimore, even without fans, and secure a victory is a huge accomplishment for this team, especially with how poorly the Chiefs looked last week in that overtime win over the Chargers.

So, what did we learn about the Chiefs after this week? Let’s take a look.

1. Mahomes > Jackson

Look, I like watching Lamar Jackson play quarterback in the NFL. He’s a fun player. But at the end of the day, Patrick Mahomes is the better player between the two and it’s not close.

Mahomes threw for nearly 400 yards and four touchdowns and rushed for another score while Jackson threw for 97 yards and a touchdown while rushing for 83 yards. Mahomes had more rushing touchdowns than Jackson.

Ravens fans who might be reading this, I get why you’re backing your guy, I really do, but Mahomes is a perfect 3-0 against Jackson. He’s the better player and anyone denying that is delusional.
