Week 8 – Kansas City Chiefs vs New York Jets (Chris)

A list of most dysfunctional NFL teams would likely put the Jets near the top. They seem to be going nowhere fast, especially with Adam Gase as the head coach.

This team seems to be in perpetual rebuild mode and this season is no different. Shipping Jamaal Adams to Seattle via trade makes their chances of walking out of Kansas City with a win an even tougher task.

One player that’s familiar with running all over the Chiefs is running back Le’Veon Bell. Unfortunately for him, those days are gone and he won’t make much noise against Kansas City’s rising defense. The Chiefs are the far better team and it will show in Week 8 at Arrowhead. The Chiefs will use this game as a mid-season tuneup and make it look easy.

Prediction: Both offense and defense will be firing on all cylinders as Kansas City wins handily, 38-10.

Player to Pop: Clyde Edwards-Helaire begins to hit his NFL stride and slices up the Jets for 115 yards on the ground with one rushing and one receiving touchdown.

RECORD: 6-2
