As mentioned throughout the article, no game in the NFL is an “easy” game. It’s easier than playing teams like the Ravens, Saints, and Texans though and that’s why these games were picked.

Some might wonder why I didn’t include the New England Patriots now that their quarterback is off to Tampa Bay. Bill Belichick is still one of the best head coaches in the league and he’ll keep the Patriots respectable in 2020. I don’t think the Chiefs will have any problems with the Patriots, but New England’s defense is formidable and who knows? Jarrett Stidham could be better than we think.

The home schedule really isn’t great for the Chiefs when it comes to quality opponents. Their home opener against the Texans is tough, but honestly any of the other seven games could have found their way onto this list. I chose the Jets, Panthers, and Raiders from the home slate because the Jets are the Jets, the Panthers are essentially rebuilding, and the Raiders haven’t won in Arrowhead since 2013.

The away schedule is a lot more intriguing for the Chiefs in 2020 and it’s already tough playing on the road, which is why only two road games appeared here.
