LATE GAME OPPONENTS
I touched earlier on the Chiefs would play four out of five road games after their bye week, but something interesting to note there is that they’ll be playing in Florida for two of those games (vs the Bucs and Dolphins).

Andy Reid mentioned on the ESPN broadcast that playing in those two cities late in the season is actually better because earlier in the season, the heat would be atrocious. Later in the season, it shouldn’t be so bad and will be a heck of a lot warmer than it will be in Kansas City at that point.
The league pitting the Chiefs and Saints against each other in week 15 is interesting. I figured that A) that game would be earlier in the season and B) it’d be a shoe-in to be included as a primetime game. No, AFC vs NFC match-ups in the regular season don’t mean much, but this just felt like a battle fans would want to watch at night to wrap up the week.

The path to Super Bowl LV is now mapped out for the Kansas City Chiefs. It’ll start with a home game against the Texans and the regular season will end with a home game against the Chargers. What will happen in between will determine how far the Chiefs go in the playoffs and if they’ll repeat as Super Bowl champions.
