If Kansas City were to sign any of these players, there would definitely be some risk involved, but landing on a solid and consistent team like the KC Chiefs might be what these players need to really perform at a higher level.

The potential for these players to be signed for cheaper makes them more intriguing prospects. The chance for these guys to play for an electric offense or a defense on the rise might be enough to draw them in.

More from Chiefs Free Agency

While these free agents would be expected to step in and perform, the team could likely part ways if needed without too many strings attached. It’ll be interesting to see what the Chiefs do when free agency begins and how that impacts their draft.

There seem to be a lot of holes to fill and these players could help ease the tension on the draft. Maybe with a closer look over the 2020 season, the team could potentially make them a longer-term part of the plan.

We’re just a few weeks away from the free agency frenzy and hopefully, the Chiefs are able to make a few exciting moves. It’s not uncommon for a team to win the Super Bowl one year and not even make the playoffs the next.

Thankfully, the Kansas City Chiefs have been stable enough in recent years that this likely won’t happen. That fact alone might be the deciding factor in where some of these players may want to land.
