Super Bowl LIV first of many titles coming for Kansas City Chiefs
THE KANSAS CITY CHIEFS AE SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS, BABY!!!! Wow it feels good to say that! This might be the first title in 50 years for the franchise, but Kansas City will be seeing a lot of Super Bowls over the next decade.
Fifty years. That’s how long it had been since the Kansas City Chiefs last hoisted the Lombardi Trophy and were the champions of football. That’s not the case anymore and Chiefs fans are absolutely expecting to be in this exact same spot for many, many more years.
Patrick Mahomes didn’t even play his best football, but he still won MVP and got the Chiefs into the end zone when it mattered the most. He’s the reason the Kansas City Chiefs will continue to contend for a Super Bowl every single year for the next decade.
Yes, he’s going to get paid this offseason, but Mahomes proved that even when things aren’t going his way, he’s the difference. He got sacked four times and was getting pressured and hit all night, but nothing phases this kid. He’s 24 years old and already has a Super Bowl title, Super Bowl MVP, and regular MVP award to his name. He’s a freaking baller and showed that no moment is too big for him.

Throw in that the Chiefs will get most of their offensive talent back in 2020 and this team will continue to make plays and put up points. They’ll also more than likely add a running back in the draft this offseason and that’ll make their offense even more lethal. Scary thought for opposing defenses in 2020 and beyond.
The Chiefs probably won’t go on the same kind of run that the Patriots went on because that just isn’t something we’ll probably ever see again, but they’ll most definitely be in contention every single year. As long as Patrick Mahomes is quarterbacking the offense, the Kansas City Chiefs will be the most feared team in the NFL over the next decade.
The Chiefs have been cursed a lot over the past few decades, but this made it all worth it. We’ve all gotten our hearts broken time and time again, but it was all worth it to experience this very moment; The moment where the Kansas City Chiefs are world champions of football and we know it’s only the first of many.
How ’bout those CHIIIIIEEEEFFFS?!
