WINNER: PASS RUSH

The Chiefs pass rush has come to life and that’s been a huge difference maker for the defense. In this game, they notched three sacks on Philip Rivers while also hitting him eight times and making his life a living hell all day long.

Speaking of winners and pass rush…

WINNER: TERRELL SUGGS

Terrell Suggs made his presence noticeable on Sunday, notching one of the three sacks on old man Rivers while also hitting him twice and recording two tackles. Suggs might just be the final piece to this defensive puzzle.

WINNER: CHRIS JONES

Chris Jones had a sack on Rivers and hit him twice. He also had two tackles on the day and continues to be the driving force for this defensive front. He’s going to get paid this offseason and hopefully it’s by the Kansas City Chiefs.

WINNER: FRANK CLARK

After a slow start to the season, Frank Clark has come out of his shell and been a wrecking ball on defense. He had a sack on Rivers as well as three hits and two tackles on the day. Once Clark came to life, this defense really got moving.
