FANTASY FOOTBALL DEEP SLEEPERS TO TARGET IN 2019

6. Demarcus Robinson, WR Kansas City Chiefs

Demarcus Robinson may be the deepest sleeper on this entire list. He is going to go undrafted in most fantasy leagues, but he is a guy to take with your very last pick or to keep on your waiver wire watch list.

The Chiefs have the best offense in football and if you really want to own a piece of it you could take rookie Mecole Hardman in round 12 or 13 or you could wait until your last pick and get Robinson. Robinson has experience and has had some success already in this offense.

Hardman is young and will likely have a learning curve. Robinson is also listed as the starter currently and will also cost you less than Hardman currently. This isn’t to diss Hardman because he has a chance to be great, but I think Robinson is the safer pick this season and probably won’t even get drafted in your fantasy league, so you can take him with your last pick or grab him off the waiver wire.

Robinson will likely have more opportunities as Hardman as the starter and with an offense as great as the Chiefs’ balls will be available even for their wide receiver three. Also owning the Chiefs wide receiver three could prove to be very beneficial in the case of a Sammy Watkins injury. Watkins appears to be healthier than ever this year, but with his history, it still makes sense to roster his handcuff.

The last pick in your draft seems like a pretty cheap price to pay for a piece of the Chiefs offense that is one injury away from a breakout fantasy season.
