With Antonio Brown off to Oakland, some might not buy Ben Roethlisberger being this high on the list of fantasy football quarterbacks, but it’s not like JuJu Smith-Schuster is a huge step down. In fact, Big Ben still has plenty of weapons that will help him put up good numbers this year.

Smith-Schuster can be put into that category as well as running back James Connor and tight end Vance McDonald. Former Oklahoma State wide receiver James Washington should make strides in year two now that there’s going to be more opportunity with Brown no longer on the team. That gives Roethlisberger plenty of targets on the field.

Roethlisberger is 37 years old, but he finished in the top five in both fantasy passing yards and fantasy touchdowns last year. This means he’s still an obvious QB1 option.
