Kansas City Chiefs: Three must win games in 2019

The NFL has a short season of only 16 games. Every game matters.
Some though, more than others. These three specifically are ones the Chiefs need to take care of business in. They also are the games most fans have circled on their calendars already.

Chiefs vs Colts is big because it’s a primetime game at Arrowhead against a prime opponent in the AFC. The Chiefs finally tackled the Colts in a playoff game last year and they’ll need to build on that win this year. Indy is a dark horse to make the Super Bowl this year, but the Chiefs are a frontrunner. That gives them the edge for sure.
Chiefs vs Chargers in week 17 could decide who reigns supreme in the AFC West. The two will meet in Mexico City in week 11, but this one is for all of the marbles.
Chiefs vs Patriots is big because of course it is. To be the best, you have to beat the best and that applies to the Chiefs and the Patriots. They went 0-2 against the reigning Super Bowl champions and that won’t fly in today’s NFL.
