Mizzou Football: All-Time Leaders in Passing Yards
Mizzou football has had some great quarterbacks in their program. Chase Daniel and Drew Lock are the only two to have thrown for over 10,000 yards during their careers.
With the sport of football becoming very pass-happy, we’ll see more and more recent players make this list. At the same time, however, it seems like players are able to start at quarterback as freshmen and that usually means they’re ready to turn pro by their junior years.

What made Daniel and Lock so special was that they stayed in school for all four years of their college careers. Daniel took the Tigers to a place they had rarely been to and Lock is going to be a first round pick in this year’s draft.
Here’s the players who just missed the top ten:
- 11. Corby Jones – 3,697
- 12. Phil Johnson – 3,600
- 13. Steve Pisarkiewicz – 3,413
- 14. Kirk Farmer – 2,812
- 15. Terry McMillan – 2,708
It’ll be interesting to see what future members of Missouri football end up cracking this list in the coming years. For now, however, we know that Daniel and Lock will remain at the top for quite some time. They’re already legends in Columbia.
