The offense was good in this one, the defense had its ups and downs, but when push came to shove, they pulled through. There were some bad outings for the defense, but they held Denver to 23 points and sacked Case Keenum five times.
Denver played Kansas City tough, but the series is over in 2018 and the Chiefs swept the Donkeys for the third straight year. They still have three more games in the division, but it’s still obvious that KC is the class of the AFC West.
Next up for the Chiefs, a date with the Cleveland Browns on the road. Old friend John Dorsey is the general manager there while former Chiefs head coach Todd Haley is the offensive coordinator in Cleveland.
The Browns aren’t a good team, but they’re not the joke they have been the last few years. This game could be tougher than fans will expect, but the Chiefs should still be able to win it handily.
Another impressive win by the good guys as they move to 7-1 and continue to be one of the best teams in the AFC!
