Nebraska Football: Five things to watch vs Michigan Wolverines
Winning on the road in Ann Arbor seems unlikely, but crazier things have happened in college football.
If Adrian Martinez is able to play (even if he doesn’t start), then Nebraska could surprise some people in this game. If it’s Bunch that gets the start and the bulk of the playing time, at least it’ll be good experience for the walk-on.

Michigan is ranked 19th in the country and have already lost once this year. That loss came in week one when they fell to Notre Dame. The Wolverines know they’ll have to run the table if they want any chance at making the College Football Playoff, so they’ll be coming out guns blazing in this one.
My hope is that the Cornhuskers can at least hold their own. I’m not expecting a Nebraska victory (they’re 18 point underdogs at the moment), but a healthy Adrian Martinez making key plays and developing as a passer would be enough for me to be content. It’d also be nice to see the run game have another dominant game like they did in the season opener.
The defense played decently last week, but Michigan is a whole different animal. Can Nebraska make key stops when needed and can the Cornhusker offense put up enough points to keep this one close? We’ll find out on Saturday.
