Kansas City Royals news consists of the team beginning spring training this past weekend. That means that baseball is officially back, baby!

It’s been a looooooong offseason, but baseball is finally here! Well, spring training is at least. The games don’t count, but we’ll take what we can get at this point, right?

The Kansas City Royals have played two games so far and have won one and tied in another one. Yes, ties can happen in spring training due to them being exhibition games. We’ve seen a lot of different players take the field, but we’re just two games in so it’s silly to make assumptions on the season already.

The biggest questions for the KC Royals is who will play first base and what will the outfield look like? Obviously first base needs to be filled due to Eric Hosmer signing elsewhere and the outfield will be as mixed up as its been in years.

Spring training has begun and Royals fans are psyched about that! It’s been a long time since our favorite baseball team has taken the diamond and they finally did that this past weekend.

While we still have several weeks to go before the 2018 regular season begins, many of us are just glad to hear Royals baseball on the radio again. Personally, I get excited seeing the lineups posted on social media. That’s what makes me realize it’s baseball season again.

We’re just two days into spring training, so we still need to wait it out before we jump to conclusions about players. For the time being, let’s just enjoy baseball season being underway.
