The Kansas City Chiefs have seen two of their players get voted onto the NFL Top 100 players list. This list is voted on by the players themselves, which makes it even more impressive when multiple Chiefs players can make appearances.

Another Kansas City Chiefs player has made it onto the NFL Top 100 and that guy is Tyreek Hill, who came in at number 36 overall. Hill had an electrifying rookie season, making an impact in the receiving, rushing, and special teams aspect of the game. It’s not surprising to see him ranked in the top half of the list.

The fifth round pick had a total of 12 touchdowns during his rookie season, with the most coming in the receiving aspect. He had six receiving touchdowns, three rushing touchdowns, and three special teams touchdowns, and had one of each in the first Sunday Night Football game against the Broncos.

That game was when the rest of the nation got to see just how good Tyreek Hill was and he continued to be one of the best players on the entire team. He was easily the fastest guy on the team and potentially one of the fastest in the league.

More from Kansas City Chiefs

Hill’s video starts off with him saying he deserved to be ranked number one (yes, even over Tom Brady). It then had Raiders punter Marquette King crack some jokes about Hill and throw some nice compliments his way. King experienced first hand just how fast Hill was when he kept punting to him on the Thursday night game against the Chiefs.

Hill took one of King’s punts to the house that night and King attempted to tackle him, but looked quite foolish in the process. He never had a chance at bringing down Hill.

The best part of the video is when Antonio Gates of the Chargers asked one of his teammates, “Man… Does he play running back or receiver?” because we literally all wondered that same thing last season. Hill is very good at both positions, but now with Jeremy Maclin released by the Chiefs, Tyreek Hill will be stepping up for the team in year two of his NFL career.

Hill marks the third member of the Chiefs to appear on the NFL Top 100. Marcus Peters also appeared on the list, but was ranked higher than Hill. Travis Kelce has yet to make an appearance and nor has Derrick Johnson, both of whom should be voted fairly high.

Will Tyreek Hill continue to impress in year two? Chiefs Kingdom sure hopes so.
