DEZMON BRISCOE (Sixth-Round Pick, 191st Overall in 2010 NFL Draft)

After three great seasons with the Jayhawks, Dezmon Briscoe got a shot to make his NFL dream come true. The wideout was drafted in the sixth round in the 2010 NFL Draft after recording back-to-back 1,000 yard receiving seasons at KU.

Briscoe was one of the better Jayhawks in the NFL in recent years, as he managed to see significant playing time.

Briscoe was drafted by the Bengals, but didn’t see the field with them in the regular season. He ended up getting a chance to prove himself as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, starting two games and appearing in 18 total during his two-year tenure with the Bucs.

After his time in Tampa Bay came to a close, Briscoe spent the 2012 season with Washington and saw playing time. He spent the 2013 season on the practice squad and was on Dallas’ practice squad in 2014. He’s been out of the league since then.

His totals as an NFL wide receiver were 43 receptions for 502 yards and seven touchdowns. He had six touchdowns during his 2011 campaign with the Buccaneers.
