It’s that magical time of year again. Baseball is extremely close and people are excited.

I personally, like many other fans, am excited for baseball to get underway. Spring Training isn’t official, but it’s a sign that we’re very close to all the fun and excitement that we’ve been able to share with the Kansas City Royals over the past few seasons.

Every player has been given a song, but the team still needs to find it’s anthem for the coming year.

‘Trap Queen’ by Fetty Wap did the trick in 2015 and the Royals rode that clubhouse chemistry all the way to the World Series, but what will they choose in 2017?

It always feels like a party when the Royals score a run or win in dramatic fashion late in the game.

So why not?

This one is a little bit of a downer, but this is a team that has been fueled by playing for something greater than the game before. What better source of motivation than that of honoring a fallen teammate?

Everyone knows this team’s ceiling is the World Series and it appears to be World Series or bust with the offseason acquisitions they’ve made. Why not shoot for gold?
