KC Royals News: Brandon Moss and 2017 Promotion Schedule
KC Royals news consists of the recent signing of first baseman and outfielder Brandon Moss and about the promotions the Royals will be having during the 2017 season.
It’s been an offseason filled with ups and downs for the Kansas City Royals, but they recently had something positive happen. That positive was signing Brandon Moss to a two-year contract worth $12 million.
Moss’ batting average wasn’t anything great, but he’s known for his ability to hit home runs. He hit 28 last season with the Cardinals and has hit over 20 dingers in four of his last five seasons.
After losing a 30-home run hitter in Kendrys Morales at the beginning of free agency, Brandon Moss is a welcomed addition to the Kansas City Royals. He’s owned the Royals in his Major League career and has proven that he can belt out home runs at Kauffman Stadium.
Another exciting announcement from the Royals is their 2017 promotion giveaway has been released.
The key promotions include seven t-shirt Tuesdays, a patriotic baseball hat, four bobbleheads, and a Monarchs jersey.
Personally, the t-shirt Tuesday giveaways have always been my favorite. A few years ago, I left work two hours early so that I could get in line and make sure I got the right size. It was definitely worth it.
