AFC Playoffs 6th Seed: Denver Broncos (7-3)

It’s kind of fun to see the Kansas City Chiefs big rival Denver Broncos being third in the division. With the Chiefs and Raiders ahead of them, the Broncos have the least amount of room for error. A single slip up could result in being leap frogged by the surging Miami Dolphins. That would be a bit of an embarrassment for the reigning Super Bowl champs.

It won’t be an easy task for the Broncos to keep their spot. Denver has the Patriots, two games against the Chiefs, and another contest against the Raiders on their schedule. There is also a game against the Tennessee Titans that is hardly a guarantee. That is a tough road to grind through with very little room to breath.

Denver still boasts one of the best defenses in the NFL, though the run defense isn’t what it once was. However, the offense has had its struggles recently as teams have gotten a bead on Trevor Siemian and a struggling offensive line. Denver will have to be on their “A game” for the rest of the year.
