Lorenzo Cain: Ranked 22nd
Lorenzo Cain finished third in the American League MVP vote last season. He wasn’t given a gold glove yet again, but continued to run down everything hit in the general vicinity of the Truman Sports Complex.
Lorenzo Cain also added some power to his game in 2016 as he clubbed 16 home runs. He didn’t do so at the expense of his batting average either. He put up a career high in the batting average category of .307.

Whether Lorenzo Cain is making incredible catches or coming up big in the clutch, he’s an exciting player to watch. He was the MVP of the team last season and for him to be their highest ranked player is well-deserved.
