While I’m sure many might have still put Philip Rivers at number one, I feel like EVERY Chiefs fan detests Von Miller, and they have every right to.

More from Kansas City Chiefs

Ever since being drafted second overall in 2011 by the Denver Broncos, Miller has been nothing but a player who takes dirty, cheap shots any chance he gets. He also runs his mouth constantly and gets in trouble off the field.

He’s been given a ticket for reckless driving and cheated on a drug test by trying to use someone else’s urine. What a classy guy, right?

Add all of that up and the fact that Miller has taken multiple cheap shots on Alex Smith throughout the past few seasons, and you have the most disliked rival player for Kansas City Chiefs fans.

Last year he had a brutal hit on Smith to which no flag was thrown and Travis Kelce made a “suck it” gesture. Speaking of Kelce, Miller called him a “fake Gronk” earlier on in the season. He’s just made it easy to dislike him and his stupid looking glasses.

Just this season alone, Miller has had two bad hits on Smith and wasn’t penalized for the second brutal hit. Jah Reid made sure to take care of that on his own by slamming his body into Miller after he had fallen to the ground. It cost the Chiefs 15 yards, but after all of the crap Miller has pulled, I’d say it was worth it.

I don’t encourage those types of plays usually, but if you’re a dirty player, you have it coming. Von Miller certainly had it coming, and that’s why he is the biggest recent rival for the Chiefs.
